Specs on glass

So I noticed these specs on my glass. They actually look a little brown. They are only in one section of the glass. Could someone help me ID this.

Had exactly the same. They became less and less week by week. Didnt do any harm. I see some small groups of them once every week.
 
Watch them for a moment. If they glide along, they might be young flatworms. If they move in a herky-jerky manner, they might be young isopods or adult copepods. If they don't move at all, they might be pineapple sponges or new baby spirorbid worms. To get a better look at 'em, keep a magnifier by the tank, and use it when curiosity moves you! (I use mine all the time, but I also have old-school eyeballs . . . )

Reef tanks are full of awesome!
