Spectral x controller problem

My two ap9x is controlled by a Spectral x. I changed the light settings, save it tested good then next day it reverted back to original preset tuna blue. Same thing when I create a custom

Is the controller damaged?

I put mine on the blue lunar created program and save it, yet it doesnt run it. Super frustrated . Also bummed as I thought you could use this thing with your iphone
