So looking to set another tank up in my office(Redsea nano max) and was wandering what would be the best way to set this one up fairly quickly. I have 3 tanks now and wasn’t sure I should use some WC water to cycle new, maybe pull couple cups of sand from one of the tanks. As far as rock and sand was gonna go with life rock shapes and Caribsea sand.

Sounds like a solid plan. Only thing I wouldn't do though is take sand out of one of your current tanks. When you start digging up sand you potentially risk releasing alot of trapped detritus and other stuff into the water that could cause spikes in your current tanks. Id use all new sand, water from water changes mixed with brand new salt water. Let it run for a bit and then start testing your levels to make sure it's all in line :)

Put one of the rocks that you will be using in your tank that is up now and let it run for a week. Then use water change water and a cup if sand along with that rock

Should go pretty fast. But that is just my opinion.

I used rock from my old tank with new sand and most of the water when I upgraded from my 55 to a 125 and did not have any cycle

Yeah didn’t even think about adding new rock to current tank! Good looking out!
