Hi folks

I was wondering whether any of you guys had any specific tips for maximising the growth rate of zoas in a purpose built frag tank. Palys seem to grow reasonably well from experience but zoas are much slower.
Obviously the usual has been checked, P04 is zero as are Nitrates, medium varied flow, lighting for 12 hours.

I would love to hear of anyones experience.

Thanks guys !

forget hgh... try corn pops. everybody loves corn pops.

but seriously; there are diff. speculations on how to stimulate their growth, also depending on tank specifications + environment... some say dirty water nonskimmed promotes, some say the opposite. good flow is always good...hmm.. what else.. if you do a search on growth spurts after fragging, or cutting the mat... there's a thread by revhtree and his ppe here...and another one by mvite on nr

if you're still reading this long reply...
:welcome:

Cheers Kigs - so we can assume that there is no magic "fertiliser" for want of a better word that is avauilable in a bottle ?

Is feeding Phytoplankton really beneficial ? And how did you get permission to add your sig picture ? I would like to add mine ( its Zoas )

Thanks again for your time - much appreciated :)
