I'd upgrade the gen 2's to gen 4s... You could even do this option:

2x Radion Gen 4 XR30 and 1x Radion Gen 4 XR15 like this (XR30 XR15 XR30).

2 250w Radium, or Pheonix or Hamilton's.
Maybe a T5 or two along either side of the halides and you can't go wrong unless the chemistry is off.
