There was one about a guy from here that attempted to buy some coral from another guy on here. They didn't do the deal on here but when it went south he brought it on here and there was a 10 page argument with himself with the seller occasionally chiming in. That one was fun!

How do you deal with your lack of knowledge/experience?

I need help because I buy coral I know nothing about. This time I was told “favia”. Idk what that means. Can you tell me everything you know about favia and I'll cross reference that with everything I know about knowing knowledge??

Would you dip a goniopora everyday to keep it stable?

I bought a dying goniopora colony and I didn't dip it on the second or third day and lost 90%. It was a clear slime coat that melts goni flesh. I had to dip 2x a day to keep it stable. Fast forward a week and I forget to dip for a day. I lost a frag and I have 1 frag left. At this point I'm...

And another thing! With the water crisis we're facing here in the southwest, the more I flush the closer I come to being required to drink that recycled flush water. Which is grosser: swimming in poop and pee water that has had bugs eating the poop and pee or drinking that same water that has had bugs eat the poop and pee? I'd rather swim in it than drink it.
