Bought a lightly used Vectra M1 and received excellent communication and crazy fast shipping. Pump arrived in original packaging and is up and running flawlessly. I personally don't usually buy used equipment unless I can test it, just because you never know...so I just wanted to share this great experience in case anyone out there is worried about being burned. No worries with this guy! You won't be disappointed
