Hay guys I bought a spin stream for my biocube 29 gallon and I like low to mid flow the stock pump was grat but with the spin stream it a no flow tank waht gpm should I up grade to 450 ? Or less like 300 idk what do y'all think I keep lps lots of blastos and some torch and frog spawn so I don't need crazy flow
