Spin Stream not spinning

I noticed one of my Spin Stream RFG nozzle was no longer spinning. Give it a tap, spins for a second. Popped it off, looked inside, and a vermetid snail had made its home in the Spin Stream. Thought I would share if anyone sees similar. Happy Reefing!

Is it Spin Stream (the one with the little mechanical nozzle or an RFG (Random Fow Generator) Nozzle with no moving parts? If it was one of our RFG Nozzles then yes, a small snail (such as a stominella) can distrupt the randomization effect, depending on where in inside the nozzle the snail is sitting. The easiest way to eject the snael in this case would be to simpyl hold your hand over the front of the nozzle - it will usually blow that snail right out the back

Ditch the spin stream and get a rfg nozzle from vivid creative aquatics
