SpinStream VS. Vivid RFG

I have the SpinStream on my other tank, made a little noise the first couple of days and now works perfectly. It does however reduce GPH.

Should I go with it for my new tank or maybe try out the RFG nozzle?

I really like the RFG nozzles quite a bit. You get a ton of random flow from them and there isn't anything to break or wear out and no power usage.
