Spiny box puffer has swim bladder disease any cures to help him recover he can’t swim right and is upside down for around a hour now

how long have you had him
quarantined?
any other fish?

do you have a hospital tank - into which you could put antibiotics? - as sometimes swim-bladder issues are antibiotic related. In FW it can also be constipation - but have not heard/seen about that in marine fish. Of course - a puffer fish has a unique bladder system. Frankly it does not look 'good' in that picture - does it swim - is it breathing ok etc?

Seems he was just stressed from the transport I just got him today from ups he is in my qt tank he’s doing goood now I just need to treat the ich
