spionid worms on a coral frag

I just noticed today that one of my Birdsnest frags has several spionid worms coming out between polyps (5-6 in total) throughout the frag. Should I let them be or try and scrap them out? Coral seems happy with great polyp extension.

If not bothering coral , I would just leave him alone for now.
