So when I moved, I discovered that the GBTA we have was wedged between two rocks, with part of its foot on each rock. I tried to keep both rocks as close together, so as not to stress the 'nem, and tried to place them close together when the tank was set back up. The 'nem, however, has looked like it was stretched between the two rocks for a couple of weeks now. I checked the tank this morning, and there are now two green bubble tip anemones. One looks great, the other looks like crap. Both have kept their respective feet where they were originally. I'll try to get a picture or two, but have read where they can look like hell after they split, so I'm thinking this is normal. It will be interesting to see how this turns out.

Keep an eye on them but you are right, they can look bad after splitting. Do not feed them for a few days to a week. Let them fully heal first.

Back from a week in Fla, and the 'nem that split off from it's parent is looking much better. They look a bit washed out because the halides are 10k, but they both look good.
