Splotchy 6 line

Has anyone ever seen a 6 line wrasse get blue splotches on them? They almost look like bruises. Could he be getting sick? He seems perfectly healthy swimming around and eating...

Any aggression in the tank? Any stinging corals, nems?

No aggression that I have seen. I do have a few corals. The most aggressive would be the long tentacle plate but I've not seen him go near it. I did just move my yellow polyps over to the area the 6 line tends to hang out. Could those cause that reaction?
