Sponge and feathery worm??

I have 2 different Zoa colonies. Both healthy And happy corals (the one is partially closed because a hermit went for a stroll across it lol) One has a white fuzzy sphere like the size of a pea. The other has a feather duster like head but with a hard calcium like tube. Pics below. Jw actions I should take

the pic on the left is some type of sponge the one on the right is a mini feather duster both filter feeders both normally good. i don't know if the sponge on the left will irritate the zoa do to its close proximity.

Ok cool. Is there a way to move the feather duster?
 
The feather duster should be fine where it is, I don't think you could remove it without killing it. I had a couple in my zoas and they were fine, they don't get much bigger than that. The sponge is the first pic that I don't know if it will irritate the zoas or not
