Looking for a reef safe option for sponge eating fish. I have a potters angel, and I'm not sure if he is eating it or not. Have not seen him go for an of it, nor any reduction in the amount of it under plugs and discs.

I think some pencil urchins eat sponges but I've never had one to confirm it.

Would be happy to take it off your hands if you want to try just scraping it off.
As long as they stay under water they are pretty resilient.

Please PM me if you are interested.
I have boxes and styrofoam coolers from Liveaquaria for transport.

Random butterflies or angelfish (morish idol ?!) are your best bet for eating it. But *so not* worth putting in the tank. They will likely go after your corals first.

Sorry. That would be much work. If you were local I’d welcome you to come do it yourself.
