I’m stumped on this one! Any ideas?

That looks like a chiton to me - some of them have longer “skirts” around the edges than others do. Harmless/beneficial algae eaters.

Chiton. Beneficial grazing mollusk that is, surprisingly, not a snail. These are differentiated as their shells are composed of multiple plates:
