Sponge? Good or bad

Any help and information on this sponge or hitchhiker would be great.

Yup. Sponge. Good. Cool.
Keep an eye on it so it doesn’t over grow the Zoas.
You can scrape it off with your finger , I’ll find other spots to grow back.

That is what I am worried about. It over taking the zoas. Guess I will manage. Good to know I can scrape it off if needed. Thank you!!
