Sponge or what? Underneath Goni skeleton

got this neon green Goni today,
this is underneath the skeleton do you know what’s those orange deals are before I add to my tank. I blasted them with a syringe in a coral rx bath. They are definitely stationary and will not move
want to be safe and sure before I add to the display
