Sponge Taking over?

Don’t know what’s happening to my Scrambled Eggs! Looks like a sponge is trying to strangle it. What should I do?

My other Zoa’s are fine. Well, my Utter Chaos is off, but mostly open and nothing on it. My GSp also seems like a sponge is take it over. Water parameters were good on Monday when I checked, but I was away for two weeks.

Take a turkey baster and see if you can blast the sponge off. That is what I do when these start to overgrow my pink panther zoanthids. Just be sure not to upset the zoas to much

I don't see a sponge there at all....just a normal unhappy slimed up Zoa
