Sponge?

I purchased a “wysiwyg” rock of green mushrooms, and I didn’t get what I saw. (And in fact the rock I thought I bought is still for sale in the wysiwyg of the site, but I digress).

This came along as hitchhikers. These seem to be sponges?

Sea squirt maybe but not 100% I am not an expert. Like you say maybe sponge but I will go for sea squirt
