Spongebob??

Can anyone ID these? They look like sponges but I don’t know. They came in on the live rock I guess, never noticed them until I put in a better light and the shadows got lit up. Rock is about 4 months in my tank. There’s 2 separate pieces.

Oh okay! Thanks y’all you’re super quick! These things had me scared for a minute. Are they an indicator of a healthy pod population and a well maintained tank?
