Sponges?? If so how should I remove them??

2 pics in different lighting of a white ball sponge possibly and 2 pics in different lighting of a blackish sponge growing in the shade under a piece of rock. The white 1 I may remove so it doesn’t grow over my Lepastrea and as for the blackish 1 idk how I would remove it or if I even should since it’s adhered to the rock or so it looks atleast. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sponges are good to have. They certainly will not compete with corals; they prefer shade.

If the aesthetics bug you, sump them.
