Sponges in my zoas.!!!

hey guys i just find out that i have this white tubular thing in a frag of zoas

It looks like this

Ive been reading and they are supossed to do not kill my zoas. I just dont like how they look
How can i eliminate them

They will outgrow and kill your zoas. I use tweezers to remove it and even a toothbrush.

The toothbrush doesnt hurt the zoas??
