Sponges..Maybe?

So, I have of what look to be like some sort of vermitide snails, however they seem to have a more of a translucent appearance then that. Then, I thought about hydroids, but they seem to be a bit more hardy and not as stringy and that led me lastly to sponges. These almost reassemble colonies all over my live rock. In addition, they came quick within a few weeks. The tank has been up for some years now.
Basically, I need some help with identification, please!

+1 on sponges. Do they appear to be irritating your livestock?

I'm leaning toward sponges. Almost definitely not vermetids.
Are they mostly in shaded areas?

Not yet, but they are creeping towards them.

Thanks! Usually, sponges are harmless, but can be combatted by injecting them with boiling water, hydrogen peroxide, or air.

Cools, I read a little bit about that before posting too. Makes sense.
Hopefully, they plane out and don't have to go to those measures.

Definitely sponge or tunicate. Very harmless and neat
