Sponges or alien life form... or something just as sinister?

This feather duster went unnoticed for a long time, but seems to have grown quite a bit while we were gone.

I think the things the red arrows are point to in this photo might be sponges, but can anyone ID them as something else?

Yes I see lots of good things, feather duster as you already mentioned, pineapple sponges, and the regular sponges which come I amazing different colors, I've them in yellow, red, blue, white, pink, purple all good stuff.

Cant quite tell but there might be some aptasia on there...

The aptasia, and the possible clove polyps. I was reading your other thread just now.
If they close up when you gently blow water at them, it's a filter feeder not a clove.

Not all cloves are bad, but defiantly something to keep an eye on.

Kalk paste in a syringe is my go to for both.
