Sponges? Pest? Should I remove them?

I noticed these white sponge looking tings. One is growing on my acan skeleton and it looks like it’s actually touching the polyp. Is it something to worry about. The other one is pretty far from everything else.

Pineapple sponge in picture 2 is fine.
I do not like sponges that grow on the corals skeleton. Those I remove. They may try to force the coral into polyp bail out so they can grow in the corals place. Remove the sponge on picture 1 with exacto knife or a tooth pick. Scrape off as much as you can.
 
Dude, I've seen something similar on my Micromussa frag too! Jet some water on it with a turkey baster and see if they move.

In my case, i'm convinced it's little white flatworms. I'm going to buy a magnifying glass today and dip it to try to understand what it is.
