Zoanthids.com has some great stuff, I haven't ordered from them online but picked up a bunch at a local frag swap.
I also like to get stuff through Facebook auctions

Your best bet is to go to some local frag swaps. Looks like there is Fragtoberfest in Buffalo this Saturday. Probably be able to find a lot of what you want there. My favorite vendors for zoas at the moment is Legendary Corals.

I think it goes without saying that you'll always have a lower price buying with other hobbyists if you have good ones locally or want to pay shipping

I have a ton I have to post yet, anything in particular you are looking for? I'll be posting a huge WYSIWYG zoa section tomorrow sometime, with most zoa frags costing under $40. My rarest right now I think is a frag of bowser (will be more than $40 lol). Rastas I do not have though.
