For one little bump on the skin, it does not appear as a lesion or infection. Looks viral and May be associated with both water quality and diet.
What are you feeding fish?
What is your ammonia-nitrate-nitrite and salinity ?
What test kits are you using ?

Bump up diet. Add:
Spirulina brine shrimp
LRS herbivore diet
Formula 2 flake and frozen
Small plankton
Hikari veggie diet
Hikari marine cuisine

Dino:
First- Check phosphates and nitrates to assure theyre not elevated.
Here is full program:
Prepare by starting with a water change and blow this stuff loose with a turkey baster and siphon up loose particles.
Turn lights off (at least white and run blue at 10-15%) for 5 days and at night dose 1ml of hydrogen peroxide per 10 gallons for all 5 nights. If you dont have light dependent coral- turn all lights off.
During the day dose 1ml of liquid bacteria (such as bacter 7) per 10 gallons.
Clean filters daily and DO NOT FEED CORAL FOODS OR ADD NOPOX as it is food for dinos.
Day 5,, you can start with blue lights - ramping up and work your white lights up slowly

Yep- Dino
Also at the end if nitrate/phosphate still high, add a pouch of chemipure elite to keep them in control

so far so good, question when do i start feeding my corals? i been dosing hydrogen peroxide 16ml night time only, i don't see any bubbles or dinos on the rocks anymore.
Once gone feed sparingly for 20 days and continue dosing peroxide at 5ml per 10 gallons at night for 30 days
