Spot on anthias

I have 2 bimac anthias that have in QT for 7 days the last 3 days they have been in 2.1 copper power took 4 days to ramp up this morning I noticed a couple spots that protrude off the fish can someone tell me what it is they eat fine and they just stay in the corner of the QT tank they are the biggest fish in there I also have 1 small lyretail anthias and 2 clowns here are a couple of pics one fish has it on the head and the other the tail i have all medications on hand and just doses the trifecta (Kanaplex furan2 and metroplex) any advice would be appreciated

Ok. I'm leaning towards Lympho. Copper can suppress a fish's immune system. Some Anthias in particular seem to be very sensitive to copper.
Boosting the fish's immune system as much as possible would be a great idea. Food mixed with vitamins, pristine water quality, low stress environment. And adding Beta Glucan to the food could be very helpful. Info on BG below:

 
Did a fresh water dip to check and the spot is now off and this what was left after dip
