Looks like either a bite mark or puncture wound. Pic is very dark to clearly see and best under white light intensity. Do you by chance have an urchin ?

I have a tuxedo urchin. You think he bumped into it or something?

Absolutely as they typically do especially to chase a piece of food that falls within the spines of urchin

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

I agree, a single large spot is usually an injury, not a parasite or other disease. These injuries sometimes do get infected with bacteria though.

A clear picture taken under white light can help us see things more clearly.

Welp, I went to take another Pic and it was gone. So problem solved I guess lol
