Spot on birds nest

Hi I recently got this birds nest frag and all the polyps look good and extended except this one brown tip. It really seems to be only one polyp and doesn’t seem to be spreading. Should I do anything about it or wait and see if it heals? Coral was dipped in coral Rx and been in my tank for about 2 weeks.

I find that "leave it alone and wait and see" is the best policy 9 out of 10 times in this hobby. I can't see that spot clearly enough in the pic to offer a coment, but the coral overall looks very good.
