Spot on clownfish

I've had her for almost 6 years and in current tank for 15 months. She has a spot on her right side that has come up in the last couple days. I'm not sure what it is or what I should do, if anything.

Any recent tank additions? Lifespan in the wild is 6-10. Its rumored to be longer in captivity. Don't rush to respond unless system parameters are disturbed. It might just be a wound that will heal. Do you notice any behaviour anomalies? Any fighting?

No new additions. Swimming fine and eating good. Everything appears okay except that spot.

 

[Humblefish]

Looks like a growth of some kind, possibly viral (e.g. Lymphocystis). A bacterial growth or skin irritation from those euphyllia are two other possibilities which come to mind.
