"Spot" on Clownfish

Hi all -
My female clownfish has had what looks like 3 "spots" on her for quite sometime now.
I have changed her diet and have added vitamins and garlic to the mysis but the "spots" remain unchanged.
She continues to have normal behavior and a veracious appetite.
Her male counterpart has no such spots on him.
They have been in the tank for a year with no additions to the tank for many months.
Curious if anyone else has seen this or may have any insight into what it may be.
Appreciate any and all feedback.

Spots have been present for ~3 months following an alkalinity swing to ~6 dKH
Prazipro has been dosed x2 with no changes

May be scratch from an injury
Keep an eye on it and look again in the morning and see if it has remained the same, or worsened

How long have the spots been there? The good thing is that most virulent infections wouldn't stay like that, they would spread.

It's been there for sometime - best guess is at least 2 months going on 3.
I have tried PraziPro x2 and there was no change.

Because I was confident it wasn't ich or anything needing urgent attention I haven't done any further treatments as she's still acting like normal.
I've just beefed up feedings with adding vitamins, selcon, and garlic to mysis and pellet food, fresh hatched brine shrimp, and tried to keep water quality up.

I did have a big alkalinity swing to ~6 dKH around the time I noticed these "spots" and lost an acro - but didn't think the spots would have resulted from that.

Unfortunately, they've been there for awhile, ~3 months. I have continued to monitor them and they really have not changed.
She's still acting like her feisty self and shows no signs of distress.
