Spot on damsel

First post…. Came home today and noticed my yellow tail with this one spot on his fin. Any suggestions? My tank is a little over a month old. He was one of the first to be added. No other fish showing signs of anything. He acts his normal. He is quite the butthole. Should I be concerned?

Looks too large to be ich. I think it is just damaged fin ray. It may take weeks to a month to heal. Of course, watch it closely for any additional symptoms.
