Spot on fairy wrasse

First I want to thank the mods for fixing my account issues!

Just bought this wrasse yesterday and he's soaking in coppersafe. This morning I noticed a bump on his lip. I don't know what this is. Thanks in advance.

I can sort of see the fish's mouth and may be sand grain but can also be a minor injury with PVC pipe. Please repost similar pics but eliminate blue and go with all white intensity for clearer ID

Is the wrasse still eating well? If so, I wouldn't worry about it yet, the fish looks good otherwise, and it may just be a minor pump from running into the tank wall. I did see a brief glimpse of a single white spot further back, but if it is in a full dose of coppersafe, and IF that is ich, you won't have an issue with that.

Thank you very much, I began to worry after reading about lip rot, but it doesn't seem like that worry is warranted. The fish is eating well!
