Can anyone identify what this might be? Been treating Melafix for a couple days and then switched to pimafix. The other fish don't seem affected. This is a quarantine tank BTW

that looks like uronema. Fairly common in chromis and anthias, but not a very nice disease.

There is a coral beauty in with the anthias any chance of saving it? What's the best thing I can do in the current situation?

In my experience the coral beauty's don't usually develop uronema as often as the the anthias and chromis.
I think it is often difficult to save them at that stage in the uronema cycle, but others may know better.
