Spot on springeri

So I literally just put this guy in my dt after a month of qt. Didnt see the spot on his head at all in qt under leds. As soon as I put him in the dt I notice this spot.

Any ideas what it may be? Tried my best getting a good pic but he doesnt stop!

I tried getting him out but almost impossible

It's hard to tell for sure from these pics. Could be bacterial could also be Brook.

Im wondering if it couldve been caused by a bump while netting him. Bc I checked them out before transferring and didnt see that.
