Rough day for my tank (lost a wrasse to unknown neurologic disease).

My yellow eye spotted kole tang (about 2w old) has developed this funny spot.

I think it’s trauma? Any disease to worry about?

I think it’s trauma? Any disease to worry about?

Looks like a puncture wound or tail strike from another tang. This is one with good water quality that should heal on its own Keep an eye on it for healing opposed to signs of infection.
