Spot on tang

Hello fellow fish people, I have had this yellow tang for 3, weeks now, he has been eating and gliding, looking happy, but today I noticed a black spot on him, should I be concerned?

That isn’t a symptom of any of the main disease issues, do you have any LPS corals that might have stung it?

I have no coral in the tank.

Tough to say what else it could be- but it isn’t black spot disease that tangs get, the spot is too large.
