My blue tang has been in about 1.75-1.8 copper Hanna checker for litle over two weeks... Well no idea what happened bit tonight its covered in spots but they look like excess mucus spots to me or something.

Some other possibilities to consider:
  1. Skin reaction to being in copper. Hippos are notorious for having this happen.
  2. Brooklynella: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/brooklynella.247938/ (Copper will suppress, but not fully eradicate, this disease.)
  3. Flukes: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/flukes-–-general-guidelines.224423/ (A quick 5 min FW dip will confirm/rule out this possibility.)
Do you have a picture of what that skin reaction looks like they look like mucus triangular teepees that raise off the skin a tiny bit. She has more on her today then last night.

Should i pull the copper? She came form a tank that i suspect had velvet in it.

Does General cure treat Brooklynella? Safe to mix with copper?

Below is what the skin reaction typically looks like:

It's probably a virus (similar to Lympho) which gets triggered by the stress of being in copper.

You are the man looks just like that. So do i do anything or just let it do it's thing? She appears to be swimming around and still eating but keeps twitching and flashing. This literally only started in the last 24hr

I have limited experience with this, but it has "gone away" after treating with Kanaplex + Metroplex + Furan-2. But that was back when I thought it was something bacterial, so successful treatment using ABX might have just been a coincidence.

It's getting much worse. Should i transfer her to a new tank with no copper?

She eats ok but spends all day trying to scrape them off her. im worried she is going to hurt herself as i see what looks like a piece of missing skin the size of tip of a pen. It has a white margin around it time to start abx antibiotics?

I did a fw dipped and bath in reef rally and she's been in metro for the last 3 days

@ryan quave How long has she been in copper? If >10 days, I would transfer her to a "clean" QT and dose nothing but Kanaplex + Metroplex in there.

Shes been at between 1.8-1.9 since the 14 with a 5 day ramp up before that. Just transferred her to a new qt tank(its a good thing its my gf fish as she let me get a new qt set up for her lol) 100% new equipment and fw dip and then reef rally bath before putting her in. Shes in metro and kanaplex and some prime to keep ammonia from spiking as bad.

So do you recommend doing 10 days copper / CP then transfer to new tank vs a full 30 days in one tank for all fish?

Yes, although 14 days of copper/CP would provide a little more margin for error. But 10 days should be sufficient provided the fish has been in therapeutic copper/CP the entire time, without any lapses.
