I put a male and female pair of Triggers in QT yesterday. Absolutely no spots were visible anywhere.

I had to retrieve another fish the same day resulting in fish scrambling around under rocks.

This morning I noticed marks on various places on both Triggers.

I was thinking it was ich at first, but looking closer, it almost seems like a couple of the spots blow in the current.

Can someone ID?

Cottony, fibrous or cauliflower looking in texture probably is Lymphocystis. Usually a harmless virus. Pristine water quality and high quality foods with a wide range of proteins, fats, and vitamins will help the fish's immune system. Highly recommend adding Beta Glucan to the fish's food. Tremendous boost to fish's immune system. Article below on BG
