Any chance of taking a closeup pic?

First pic looks like could be velvet or ich unless it’s due to poor pic quality.

Does look like brook or velvet, but disease not my thing. Definitely need to get someone in here to help.

To b honest i dont think theres a chance of him surviving, but u can try a freshwater dip and get him in a qt with therapeutic levels of copper asap

Start with a freshwater dip, followed by an antiseptic bath (acriflavine is preferable)

If you don’t have acriflavine on hand, you can try treating with Hydrogen Peroxide instead... but this fish needs something done immediately to have any chance at all.
