Remove the coral and blast them off. This won't solve your infestation but it will take out a bunch and allow you to take a clearer picture of them. They are for sure flatworms but it's hard to tell if they are the standard "Red Planaria" that is the usual variety most people get as a pest.

Flatworm exit should work, but research the product first. The flatworms themselves are not harmful, when they die they do release a toxin so you have to be careful wiping them out.

I agree they are flatworms. I would do a quick freshwater dip to get rid of them. Have you seen them anywhere else?

No i havent seen them anywhere else but i havent been looking closly. I will inspect my tank and look for more.

Going to lookup how to do the dip on my Goniopora and do that rig ht away.

Agree with everything said above, flatworms are not a problem you want to procrastinate treating, the higher the population in the systems the trickier/riskier treatment will be. You want to address the problem while population is still low, its deceiving though sometimes you dont realize how many you have until you treat and see them detach from the rock.
Look around the tank very closely to get an idea of population

Personally, well if I were you actually I would not bother freshwater dipping. You're not trying to eliminate them all. You're just trying to take the bulk off and positively ID them. A turkey baster and some tank water will be enough to do this.

Even if you get them all 100% there are more in your tank somewhere.

is the Goni a new coral or have you had it for awhile?

I do have some revive should i dip the Goniopora instead of FW dip?

I

Its been in my tank a little over 6 months

ok, just checking.

have you dipped or treated corals before? I do not dip corals when I buy them because I like hitchhikers. I have FW dipped several for flatworms because I do not use any chemicals or additives in my tanks....... it’s just a preference.

I started to dip a couple months ago but this particular Goniopora went in w/o a dip. I have a bottle of Revive tempted to try and get them off this Goniopora with that or a FW dip.

I dont see them anywhere else but like you guys said im sure they're there. I orded a bottle of flatworm exit be here in 4 days.

I wouldn’t get too crazy until you confirm them being all over the tank. Don’t panic.

Ok i did a dip in revive and they came flying off. I took video and pics any idea what kind it is?

wow!

Good job getting them off. I’m sure a flatworm expert will chime in on the identification.
Now keep a watch out for more. If you do not see any more then I wouldn’t do any more treatments.
