Spots on rock??

Hi, I have had ocean rock at the bottom of my tank for around 2-3 weeks now whilst my tank has been cycling, the past week or so I have noticed these spots on the rock. Could anyone tell me what these are? Thanks! x

Those spots are to be expected as the rock "colors up" as part of the maturation process. You will likely get more spots and coloration including diatoms, algaes, cyanobacteria, and coraline algae.
