Spots on tail that won’t go away.

Hi all. I purchased this Emperor back on January 9th and placed it in my QT only to discover that she has ich. Have had her in full strength cupramine treatment (.50) for 2-3 weeks now. All of the spots are gone except for 2 on the tail. My understanding of the life cycle, these spots should no longer be present as the parasite should be in the tomont stage now. Perhaps something else going on here? Yes there is a bit of fun for which has appeared where the trophonts formerly were, but I hesitate to mix medications (antibiotics with copper). The tank is well cycled, she eats like a pig and appears otherwise healthy. She’s sharing the 29 gallon QT with a melanurus wrasse who has never shown signs and is also doing well. Opinions please? Pic to follow.

Agree, that’s why I’m asking for opinions. I’ve looked around a ton and am on the fence.
I had an outbreak in a former tank years ago and QT all fish now, I don’t take chances.
I hesitate to put her in the DT unless I’m relatively sure and plan on at least another week of cupramine since both fish are tolerating it well. However the ragged fins are bothering me too.

After looking up Lympho, seems like a strong possibility.

my copper banded butterfly has it - only reveals itself when stressed. I’d put in my main display - best water and habitat to reduce stress and trust it will go away. No cure really just effective management.

Thanks and I’m coming to that conclusion as well. Since both fish are doing well, planning on the course above to ensure the ich is gone, then to the DT they go.
