Spots on the fins

Hello everyone. It seems that my Gold Rim Tang has some spots on his pectoral fins. No other fish has any problem and his behavior is normal. The tang has been in this tank for about 3 months.

I quarantine and do hyposalinity for 6 weeks before any fish is added to my display. I did this after an ich outbreak 2 years ago. I went fallow and haven’t had an issue until now.

What do you think this is?

my powder blue has had the same for the past 4 years. at first I thought it was lympho but has not changed in appearance and stayed the same all this time. It looks like its actually like a pattern on the fin and not actually on it if it makes any sense.

I guess time will tell. I don’t think it is ich but I know that ich has some variation in it. I’ll puke if it’s ich as that has wiped out a whole tank on me. It’s 220 gal and a chore to catch anything.

I’m hoping you’re right.

I wouldn't freak yet. Keep an eye on it.

Any new additions? Or is he the last? From a few months back.
