Spots only on one fish and only on its right side.

This Starcki has been in QT and has finished 2 rounds of GC. Also GC soaked food. These fish also went through 14 days of Metroplex because another Starcki developed an infection but passed the next day. It has finished copper power today. About 5 days ago these spots showed up on its side. This fish has displayed on its right side forehead area a spot that resembles lympho. It has come and gone several times while in QT. These spots looked different. Almost like opaque flukes. None of the other 3 fish have this. Could it be lympho also? It hasn’t changed at all. Hasn’t spread or gone away since it showed up. PraziPro was started several hours ago and the spots have remained. I can try and get better pics if needed but he is camera shy.

Sorry, I couldn’t see the spots in the video. Lymphocystis wont come and go over days, more like weeks to months. Flukes are usually invisible on a fish, unless they are on the eye. Prazipro will take longer to work if it is flukes.
Edit: I can see the spots on the still image you just posted. Could be skin disruption by flukes, except you wouldn’t expect them to be on just one side. What if it is a skin scrape from some altercation? You could also try a 5 minute FW dip to confirm the presence of flukes.

The anthias in with them quit eating once medicated food stopped. I tried for 2 days to get it to eat but nothing worked. I mixed some food up with fishbendazole and Selcon and they have gone through 2 weeks of that. 3 days now and all are eating non medicated food with gusto.

Maybe battle wounds? He is in with a yellow tail damsel, Lyretail anthias, and an Azure damsel. He is the boss in QT but the Azure is second. I’ll continue on with the Prazipro treatment because I was going to do it regardless and I’ll monitor the spots. Should I run Metroplex along with the Prazi to keep risk of infection down?

I don’t see anything that would benefit from metroplex. It shouldn’t react with the prazi, but you might want to hold off, just to be safe.
