I have white round spots on live rock . Can u please identify.. to me looks like calcium deposits

In my experience (if those have the tiny swirls in them like mine do) those have been little tube worms or snails.
Mine have stayed tiny, and have caused zero harm

White spots are Spirorbid Worms and on the base of your coral is a Vermedit Snail

I'd get rid of that Vermetid snail. they'll kill your corals and also multiply all over your rocks.
If you can, pull that piece out and pry it off with a screw driver or something, make sure you get the whole thing. then dip it.

Thank you its gone now never knew its bad for corals

For the most part they're harmless, but they can reproduce fast and the mucus string they let out to feed has been known to bother corals
