Spotted in my frag tank

Saw this in my frag tank. It reacted to my moving to get my phone out and shrunk back toward the frags.

It looks like a Digitate Hydroid

It is feeling around. Seems a couple inches long and from what I can tell it's attached to a frag. I think its a digitate hydroid too. What do I do? A quick search says everything from nuke the whole tank to don't worry.

I really wouldn't worry about them. We have a few ( that I've seen) in my mother-in-law tank and they don't seem to bother anything.
